About This Performance
Gerald Barry’s opera The Importance of Being Earnest was an LA Phil hit in 2012 (as was The Triumph of Beauty and Deceit in 2006). We return to the Irish master of the subversive comedy for his take on the adventures of Lewis Carroll’s Alice.
